A boutique Guest House created within an old Bakery building from the 1490's. The Swan House retains all the features from the era such as the inglenook open fireplace in the lounge, the exposed beams and even the old equipment for lifting the bags of flour when this B&B used to be an old Bakery. Although the building is full of character and charm there is no lack of modern facilities, with WiFi in all rooms and areas, DVD players and an en-suite bath or shower in each room. All rooms come with a double or king size bed and full breakfast is also included at Swan House (evening meals can also be prepared, please enquire on arrival). There is a public lounge for guests with an honesty bar (if you fancy that late night drink in front of the fire place in the evening), access to a pretty garden seating area and parking permits are supplied free of charge to guests for the local car parks. Each room includes breakfast made from local produce such as locally made Jam and Preserves, Milk from Rye and Kippers from Hastings (of course).

Artisan Room : This room comes with a double bed and a more muted colour scheme highlighted with some more vivd period style pieces of furniture. This room is in the part of the house that was the Victorian Bakery and benefits from an en-suite bathroom.
Renaissance Suite : This room can be arranged with twin beds or a king size bed as required and also has an adjoining double room that can be booked to create a suite. There is an en-suite shower room and the Renaissance room even has its own private roof terrace with views of the Swan's garden.

Set right in the picturesque part of Hastings by the Old Town just a minute from the beach. This bed and breakfast is located on Hill Street which is the road leading down to St. Clement Church on Swan Terrace. This amazing location right next to the church in the old part of Hastings makes this an excellent B&B to use as your base when staying in the area.
